Honestly - that is my official week off. I exercise if I feel like it, but I get a free pass if I don't. It is a no-guilt time for me. I think I deserve small breaks and a time for my body to recoupe. After it though --- I hit it hard!!! :smile:

I get soooooooooooooooooo mad at how much sodium they put in to mask the food. It seems to me the more sodium, the worse the meat must be? I read in Men's Health about why the fast food's and preprocessed places use so much sodium.....it ruined my week. :sad:

I eat occasional bacon. I do try the nitrate free, center cut to trim where I can. I also bake it on Pampered Chef clay pan and then let the paper towels soak up as much grease as possible. Use the cocoa powder, skim :smokin: milk or powdered milk and truvia to make hot chocolate on the stove.....yummy chocolate and not that many calories. I did it yesterday!!!

When I have a lot of calories left at night and just have to have a snack, I mix a little nutella with peanut butter and eat it~ HEAVEN!! Gives me a fix and makes me smile right before bed!!! I know it feels so naughty - like you are eating a candy bar. :glasses:

Welcome! You will succeed here with all of these wonderful people for support! Document everything, don't cheat yourself. Make sure you try to cut out as many processed foods as possible, if you want to lose easier. It has made it so much easier for me that way. It seems to melt off! One half a medium sweet potato [cinnamon, cloves, and truvia or splenda], 2 ounces of grilled chicken breast and a cup of broccoli with a sugar free parfait. Throw in a few berries for a snack later in the night. :smile: What I am having for a late lunch and it is so filling, plus only 185 calories.
