Anything prepared at home saves me on the scale. I cook everything one day a week, portion it, freeze the extra and voila ---- lunch and breakfast are ready to go!!! Makes the eating easier and I feel better too.:happy:

I think that if you drink too much water to close together it is lethal - water poisioning I believe it is called. While at basic training a person died to from too much water all at once.

I keep doing the 3 pounds back to 5 pounds muscial scale. Makes me frustrated but I will win this battle .....someday......LOL :tongue:

Always the one I am with because he sees me at my worst and can still find me so beautiful he stops and tells me I took his breath away. 5'7 1/2 here and size 6-8 depending on brand [us]. I am three pounds until goal so I am sure that I will stay right there. I didn't have a goal for size, just weight and fitness. The more I exercise the smaller the jeans lol - the saddle bags shrink :laugh:

If you are eating under 1200 calories you need to keep on a eating schedule like eating every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up.

This is a long journey and you need to enjoy it and learn to eat on it later. Take an occasion and let yourself have a cheat time - I do it once or twice a month.
