I used to have to double up - no more!! They didn't have a double D in stock - so I went with a D and it still works great. If you have a large chest it is probably best to go with a compression sports bra - keeps them locked down from the top/bottom/both sides. I can now run with making a scene.

Victoria's Secret has a new workout line and I LOVE their new compression bras. Not the pretty ones, just the straight size specific one. I think it was around $40, but worth every cent! I have never been comfortable running [double D's] until now!!

Google Tony Thurmond Six-Week Plan - it is a different way to lose. My good friend is at 76 pounds lost since Labor Day - with ease......worth the look - I have lost 30 on it ---with cheating of course :O) and MFP

It is a wonderful tool!!! And it makes it easy to get into the pants you put in the closet for when you lose those extra pounds. I got mine down last month ~~~ voila they were too big!!! Love MFP!!! Mine did the same thing. The problem was that we started and changed profiles, it recognized the difference between my daughter and I and got confused. weight training first - cardio second :O) I was doing it the other way around and when I switched it really made a difference. I switched because of an article in Men's Health about doing weight training first and cardio second due to the way your body burns fat. You should be able to find the article on their site.

Have you looked at sodium or caffine intake? That is what the four year hold up for me was. Plus eating a lot of carbs and only a little protein was a huge part of storing weight. I am cooking from scratch and eating fresh produce and that made all the difference.
