    Why can't they just TRY to understand? It's like training a dog. A stupid one.

    So many of the women who are having troubles with men seem to have attitudes like this. Is it due to the men in their lives or do the problems stem from their attitudes to begin with? Perhaps some of this "being taken for granted" is happening in both directions.

    My boyfriend is pretty supportive of this all, but keeps telling me if I lose my boobs there may be consequences.

    My boyfriend says the same about my wide hips/*kitten*.

    My ex-husband would say things that he'd think were supportive, but really just cut me to the quick. My boyfriend just says "If it's what you want or need, then go for it. I'll be over here if you need me."

    It all depends on the guy, and the things you tell/say to them.
