Salmon marinated in Yoshidas Gourmet sauce, wrap in foil, put it on the BBQ and don't flip it. Done in 20ish minutes. One of the many ways we cook salmon. If you don't have a BBQ then bake at 350 for 25 or so minutes. Use a fork in the middle of the fish to see if it's done by flaking it apart. Time will vary depending on…

Im 5.5 weigh 152, started at 170 and my tenative goal is 140. From there I'll focus on body fat percentage. I go to the gym 5-6 day a week with my main focus on heavy lifting.
