  • Nice arms = more muscle, less fat. I promise you your arms weren't getting 'too big' unless you were doing weighted pull ups, chin ups, and bench work. Muscle doesn't just appear/grow overnight...you were 100% eating way too much to fuel the growth you think you were initiating in the gym; hence, more fat, not muscle.
  • Low weight, high rep = there's your first problem. That's useless. It won't help maintain less mass, nor will help build new mass. "Tone" is a combination of actual musle and lower body fat; that's it.. Don't worry about accidentally building muscle...it isn't exactly easy. If it were easy, everyone would be strong and…
  • Guaranteed to be a complete waste of time unless you're eating less food and lifting heavier things.
