I've been doing low carb for 3 months and have lost 31 pounds. I just started past couple weeks!! I feel great!!

GO CANUCKS!!! I love Vancouver, and I am also a Canuck so it goes hand in hand. I have a huge dislike for the Penguins and the Blackhawks!! BOO!! Also for the Redwings after kicking our *kitten* last night!!

I've heard people have a rest day one day per week. I'm going to try for that. I think you get better results if you try to do it everyday. I am not too sure!
