depends on if your body can handle it. I spend 25-30 doing yoga then another 30-35 doing (Running in Place, Jumping Jacks,Push Up, Crunches) works for me. I guess what I'm trying to say is every one is different

In my opinion its impossible to stay away from sugars. stays in the low sugar range is what I do. I stay with things that say Sugar Free or under 6grams per item or try too.

I just bought some yesterday and tried it this morning on Whole Gain Toast. Wish I could have put bananas and unsalted nuts with it. It was amazing but 100 calories for 1 tablespoon. Thats torture!

I am praying for you. I know how hard it is to give up things your enjoy. I love KFC and Mcdonalds. (I know Nasty) but I love it and I haven't have either in two weeks and going steady. Have faith! You can do it
