Keen=yes. Motivated = mostly basically chugging along.

I'm trying to get back on track with both a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis. Struggling for sure. Sometimes it's so hard to do it alone.

So glad I read this. It's been so long since I ran that it physically hurts as things are bouncing in their own rhythm. I will start out with walking and then jogging. Maybe eventually running??
