I'm 5'4 and currently at about 119. I really want to get down to 108 because I remember feeling great at that weight. I think it depends on your body shape. I am very small boned so even a little bit of weight looks like a lot on me. Even when I was 108 I was curvy. Keep losing until you feel right.
