Almost 44 here. I love food am at 1200 calories a day offset by exercise. Add me if you like.

I gained 200 lbs while taking seroquel. Ask your doctor about Latuda. It works well but the carb cravings aren't nearly severe. When I initially got off of seroquel the weight started coming off quite fast.

I am just the opposite. Working out makes me ravenous!

I don't think it is selfish at all. Lucky for me, my insurance will pay for the skin removal, just not the tummy tuck part. I have to pay for that on my own.

I was raised believing that skinny equaled beauty. I was not a fat teenager, only 132lbs, but was called fat because I had a ponchy tummy. I found drugs at 17 and fell in love because they made me skinny. I quickly fell into addiction and fought it and my weight on and off for years. I got heavily back into drugs in 1996…

During my 90 minute walk MFP says I only burn less than 500 calories but my pedometer says I burn more than 700. I have come to purposely under quote my excersize so I can stay at a lower calorie level, especially on days when I do not work out.

I still love facebook because it has allowed me to add so many long lost friends. I have moved all over the country so I have alot. However, I am almost as addicted to mfp as I am to fb.

It is very easy to stow away modest snacks in your purse. I even smuggle in bottled water.
