My goal is to just slim down by the end of May. I weigh myself once a week, but the scale doesn't help me much since I have more muscle than fat wich weighs more anyway. I keep those too small shorts handy, and try them on each week. 3 weeks ago, I couldn't pull them up my butt, now they cover my butt like low riders…
