Definitely not just you. :) I am a firm believer in kicking my booty in the gym; I lift heavy and sprint hard. I never leave the gym without becoming a sweaty mess - but I view my sweat as evidence of a job well done!

This diet is difficult... I'll be completely honest. I'm on day 3 of the Attack phase and craving some sugar! That being said - it WORKS and I will not be giving up anytime soon. I am VERY impressed.
