Ah I thought that's what it might be. It's not intentional but good to know like I said! :) So my calories are okay then, I know they are low but I need and want a kick start and it's not like I don't have plenty to lose! Obviously I will increase them after a few months and eat back some cals when I start exercising.

Thanks paulzli, you have no idea how good it feels to hear that! I've been concermed that I'm going about it all wrong, lol. I don't know what macro goals are but if I'm doing it right that's good enough for me, I'm eating foods I enjoy, the difference is I'm taking the time to make a meal now instead of skipping it or…
