I mix it into my smoothies. This morning I just added it to an Odwalla smoothie - big protein boost! But usually I'll make a smoothie with 6 - 8 oz milk, 1/3 c frozen fruit and a scoop of protein. Makes a great breakfast.

Wow!!! How did you do it? I have a friend in a similar place to where you were -- over 400 lbs, suffering from depression and RA and tells me she can barely walk. I'd love to tell her your story.
