I drink hemp protein. It's natural, high fibre and high protein. It also contains alot of the amino acids etc that i don't get from eating meat. I find I need the extra protein kick cos I'm veggie. :smile:

And it's about how they make you feel!! It's not quite the same rocking it on the dancefloor in flats. You feel kind of "frumpy" :frown: Amittedly, after one too many the majority are less likely to take a tumble but i fall over sober so...lol

5ft10 and my heels are always skyscraper. Though, i prefer a wedge or sturdy heel to a stilletto...less obvious. And my friends are all petite so i tend to look like some kind of amazonian haha Also, does anyone find they attract alot of older men and really short men???? I hate this!! :huh:

In agreement with Shaydon. I lost 30lbs and personally could hardly tell. One month of exercise and not much lb loss ALOT of inch loss and general shaping and toning. Conclusion, exercise provides far superior aesthetic results if you ignore the numbers on the scale. :)

I started 6 wk 6 pack today and I think I will continue logging my 30DS as circuit training but because 6W6P feels like less cardio but more intense on strength I'm going to log it as calisthenics vigorous effort.

ok so slightly anti-diet but to get myself used to it i added a spoon of maple syrup n it tastes kinda yum!! And now I can just drink it straight up cos I is hardcore haha I like the high-fibre and amino acids side to it aswell cos I'm veggie.

Level 2 day 2 and it is safe to say that altho I found it marginally easier today simply because I knew what was coming and even though I can now beast level 1 completely, level 2 officially owns my *kitten*!!! Yeah, I know, my mother was prescribed them for fluid retention in the ankles and legs when she was in the early stages of renal failure, my dog takes them for mitral valve disease. But the OP asked so I answered I also pointed out that this is NOT reccommended for regular use i.e. one off if your feeling that desperate.

Water balance tablets or just generally diuretics like frusemide and lots of water.....diuretics have a 48hr shelf life once in your body so expect to pee ALOT!!
