  • If you like tea then whenever you get the urge to snack then brew some! :) But yogurt (especially nonfat yogurt) and bananas and dried fruit really won't hurt you, if you keep it portion controlled. ;) Baby carrots, apples, grapes, and strawberries are good too. Just make sure you keep it portion controlled. ;)
