check out the recipes section on www.lowcarber.org they have some great low carb side dishes submitted by the low carb community. I use the spaghetti squash frequently- great pasta substitute.
Isopure zero carb is pretty tasty- 2 scoops per serving, 0 carbs (chocolate has 1 net carb), 220 calories. I use this almost daily and also around the same carb target of 30 daily carbs. Good luck!:smile:
