Yes, I have and love those. I get to hot in long runs on 80+ degree days though. Thanks for all the tips! I'm going to get some glide since it's pretty cheap, but also look into skirts and the different lengths at Old Navy. Thank you all!!!

I bought a pair of those spandex compression shorts, but they weren't quite long enough, maybe it was the brand. I wear ones that go to my knee now, which aren't bad, but quite honestly, not cute at all. I know it's silly, but sometimes you need to have work out clothes you feel good in. Mostly I wear awful old t shirts…

I agree with the personal experience and experimenting. I find if I don't get enough water the day before, I get headaches working out or even muscle soreness. I need about 80 ounces.

Try just doing what you're doing and actually logging everything, and I mean everything for two weeks. I just peeked at your diary, and you don't log a ton of meals, so you may not really have any idea how many calories you are consuming.

You need to do what you like to do. If you like running then it should work for you for all over weight loss as long as you are eating healthy. I find getting rid of grains will get rid of puffiness in your face if that is something you are concerned with.

My current goal is 40 by 40 (shocking I know! I bet you were like no way this girl is 39!). I have about 5 months to go. I'm not telling anyone in real life this goal. I'm about halfway there.

Veggetti also works perfectly fine for me. ASKyle, I don't actually cook the noodles. I make them (thin) and pour hot sauce over them and it cooks them without getting super watery.

You could add stuff like chia, flax or PB2 to your smoothie. Easily get 9-10 grams just from those alone.
