Good for you! Just focus on how you are feeling. I used to really have the need for speed. I've now been running for 4-5 years and I not longer have that need. I use it for therapy and confidence. Keep at it!!!!

Soda, McDonalds and most fast food places (only because I don't like it, stay away ppl), and thickeners. They KILL my stomach.

I keep nuts on me at all times. Today I have a mix of pistachio, peanut, almonds and cashews. I also keep hard boiled eggs in my fridge at all times as well for a quick snack.

I put a bunch of baby spinach bottom of pan. Like a whole bag. then lay breasts ontop of spinach, put layers of sliced tomato on top. sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic power to taste, and about 1/4 cup of parm cheese enough to coat top and bake. It's yummy.

I work out until 9:30 2 days a week based on the class time, and I eat full blown dinner when I get home. Meat, tater, veggie. I have to because I usually only have small snack before work out as to not vomit on instructor.

My doctor just by symptoms (no testing) suggested I have IBS as well. I'm not so sure. But I did the elimination diet because whatever diagnosis I had, I needed to do something to feel better. It was (and still does sometimes) really make life suck. Sometimes stops me from living like canceling plans, having to stay home..…

Here goes! Full disclosure. I always gain an obscene amount of weight every month before my period. So, my weight loss journey has been super slow. I agree with going to a store. I get whatever shoe the person tells me to get that also make me feel like i'm running on a cloud. I wear converse for lifting weights, easier to balance, and I use my older running shoes for going on walks.

I didn't read all the posts, but I LOVE peanut butter and 2tablespoons is a tease. I made whipped pb one night and it's delicious. 2 T pb, coolwhip, whip it into a mousse, and dip apples. lasts a while and helped me with the i could eat the jar problem.
