That really sucks especially when you've been training hard for something. Don't really know the answer, but when I did my ankle in I started gentle walking on the treadmill first to see how that went. By the end of the week I could muster a gentle jog. You can do this. Start today, keep a record of all you eat and think about why you ate it. If you're not already doing it get exercising - I use the Davina McCall DVDs they are excellent and fun to do. I also have a treadmill at home so I go on that at least 3 times a week. I find exercise helps with stress especially boxercise as you can take it out on the person you would like to hit!:laugh: I feel much more relaxed after a workout and able to deal with more.
