one of my friend on here mentioned a site skinnytaste.com and it had alott of cool recipes on there. i too am a huge avocado fan and it had alot of stuff on there, some of them with more ingredients than others, but alot of interesting ideas!

i would try doing machines, leg curls, leg raises, leg press then do some cardio afterwards.

im 5'7 but also have always had an athletic build. i'm at about 163 right now, but back in my volleyball days i was at about 150 so thats what im going for, maybe a little less bc im sure i've lost some muscle. so it all just depends on your build, and what makes you feel healthy and good about yourself!
