Eat more often! I eat smaller meals and snacks at 7am, 10am, lunch at noon, snack at 3ish, then dinner when I get to it, if it is going to be late, I eat something arounf 5:30 too. I am hungry all day long, but that is OK, it keeps your metabolism up. Just spread your calories out a little more. I pack non-fat plain greek…

I am in! Between desk job and baby I gained way too much weight over the last few years. I started working out and changing my eating habits in Oct. and have been doing pretty well. I would love to lose another 20 by Easter! HW (not pregnant): 199 SW (Oct.): 190 CW: 174 GW (by Easter): 154 GW: 135

Still nowhere close to fitting in my clothes. :-( But my wedding rings fit again, so that is a step in the right direction. Hopefully now that I am back at work and can work out again the weight will start coming off. 18 more pounds to go.

I can't do it yet. Still on restrictions from the c section. :-( For now I am just walking and waiting to get the all clear to start running and lifting again.

I do Insanity, but not all the time. I cycle it into my workout routines about twice a week. I am definitely seeing results that I attribute to the Insanity workouts though. Maybe give it a try that way and see how it goes for you. If it is going well and you want to try the 6 day per week program, go for it! Personally, I…

Good luck. I have one word for you... Catfish!

Yep! I had that too. Unfortunately they last for a while. I quit a few years ago and I think it took about 6ish weeks to have the sneezing and coughing die down completely. Great job so far though!! And that sneezing and coughing means that your lungs are clearing out the stuff they don't like, so think of it as a good…

Check out rockmyrun.com They have playlists mixed by DJs and they are so much fun for workouts or running! Plus, most of them are free!

Cheesecake.... It has totally ruined cheesecake for me because I now feel guilty even looking at it because of the number of calories. Particularly Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, which used to be my favorite.

Avocados! I make guacamole that I eat with chips made from either chickpeas or brown rice. I put it on salads for lunch. I mix it with spices and put it on chicken tacos or steak burritos (all made at home to minimize extra calories and processed food in fast food). Basically, they replaced cheese for me. :-)

Heck no! If you can run eight or more without feeling like you are going to die, then you can run 13. I got out of running for a while and did a half within 6 months of starting back up after 2 years without running. It was tough, but I finished. The next half (another 6 months later) I cut 30 minutes off my time from the…

Feel free to add me too!

My steaming pot and my Ninja blender! Between steamed veggies and green smoothies I have increased my vegetable intake considerably and deliciously.

I had ankle issues so I got some basketball high tops and they seem to be working pretty well. Also, the first week of Insanity hurts no matter what you do! It takes a bit to adjust. I couldn't walk well for two days after my first plyo cardio workout because my calves were on fire!

I am in the same place. I will be 30 soon and I am determined to feel better and more confident at 30 than I did at 20! Request sent.

I was having the same problem. I recently kept the same calorie level but changed the foods I was eating. I cut out as many processed foods as I could, including white flour, rice and cereal, as much sugar and artificial sugar as I could, and switched my fruit to more veggies in order to cut out some of the natural sugar…

Deep fried fish is actually not as high in calories as you would imagine. I eat it a fish fry about once a month. As long as you plan for it, it should be fine.

Congrats! I started running a few years ago and it will change your world. The perfect pair of shoes definitely makes all the difference in preventing injuries and pushing yourself further! If you ever need some motivation, check out this page. Some days it convinces me to get out when I otherwise wouldn't. Good luck with…

Here are a few all natural supplements. They are going to be "quick miracle fixes" like some weight loss pills, but they will aid with weight loss and help with appetite control and increased metabolism if you are exercising and eating well. http://www.drdavidwilliams.com/search/go?w=tonalean These are basically vitamins.…
