Yea!! Glad to have some support. :-) No official start date...so anyone can jump in anytime. I'm starting today. Knowing I have to post tonight has already helped me to cut back on snacking --or reach for a lower cal version. Thanks Ladies! :happy:

I buy the low sugar maple & brown sugar flavor. Yum. But...because I have a sweet tooth I always add extra splenda. And...If I'm wanting extra substance...I'll add a sliced banana.

I can totally relate. Never had a problem w/food until after my divorce. Now I fill my evenings with wine and snacks. Ugh. No wonder those 15 lbs have snuck up on me. :-(

You must try the Vitalicious Brownies. Yum!!! 100 Calories each & they are yummy. Find them in the Freezer section of your grocery store. (I buy mine at Target) They're a bit too good. :-)

Thanks for the new thread. My co-worker and I have pledged to be alcohol free Sun-Thurs for the month of Feb. and if we cheat--we pay $10. A bit of accountability always helps. I make some yummy baked fries that were in Oprah's cookbook years ago. Peel & cut potatoes into strips, dip in egg whites (I flavor the egg whites w/garlic powder & other herbs/spices). Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 450 till crispy. Flip every 10 minutes so they brown evenly. I sprinkle w/salt & eat with ketchup. Yum!…

I have run 5 half-marathons, which have been plenty challenging. I have committed to a full marathon thru Team In Training in June 2011--to raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma. I'm with you. Stressors in 2010 led me to too many evening snacks & wine... 10 extra pounds on my 5 foot 2 inch body is not working for me. I KNOW what I need to do...it's just a matter of doing it. Support, inspiration, and motivation from others is a huge help.
