When we were down in the Keys, last year, we tried Shula's. Hands down, one of the BEST burgers I've ever had. Followed by Frisch's and Five Guys in a tie for close second.

My wife and I just became "Vegan-esque"....I call it that because we still eat fish and eggs. We've given up dairy, red meat, and chicken and are closely watching our sugar intake. We've been at it for about a month and a half and, really, aren't missing much as there seems to be vegan substitutes for just about everything…

I bought a Fitbit about a week ago and am loving it. I like seeing my sleep patterns as well as helping gauge how many calories I'm burning through and average day. It's really started motivating me to do more.
