eye of the beholder, but honestly to me it should be what you think about yourself and how you feel. Not what others say or think. Trying to make everyone else happy on how they see you is going to be the never ending chore. Make yourself happy first and only your opinion counts.. so the answer is within you.. No one else…

That is hard cause to lose weight it is 70%Diet and 30%exercise. what I try to do is when no one is cooking go and pre make your meals that your going to have or want. I do my meals at times to last me 3 days, so I can just grab and go. But you can also try portion control where you don't eat as much.

I used to use Jack but love MRI stuff I take MRI Ripcuts with MRI NO2 Red and MRI Red Shred.

you do both, the more muscle you have the faster you burn fat. So I lift weights and do cardio at the same time. As well as I mix in H.I.I.T Training.
-
ok well if your doing cardio as your workout in the morning on an empty stomach then its ok, but if your doing weights and stuff as well for strength training you should be eating about an hour before you workout cause it gives your body fuel.

I just glanced at your diary, I can tell you first off its probably your diet why your not losing weight. Plus drinking any kind of alcohol pretty much destroys almost a full week of exercising depending on how many you have. Soda is also a big problem, water or green tea is the best. just some info

umm Don't cut your exercise back that helps a lot and what exercises are you doing?? But its 70% Diet and 30% gym so if your not losing weight its what your eating and how much. I eat oatmeal egg whites, brown rice , sweet potatoes, chicken, lean turnkey meat, fish, tuna, and broccoli, asparagus, spinage, but certain…

If you don't like your trainer my suggestion is ask for a new one, or ask another trainer, they are great to have and I have had one. I've learned a lot and yes there are many out there that have many different views. If you are one to where you don't need someone right there to be with you.. heres the trainer I had and…

I used to be anorexic and then when went to binging since I was not used to eating ( doesn't look like it now ). but I got over it. I got over it because of my family, they didn't know at the time and knew that I could die cause of what your body goes through. I would suggest going and talking to a nutritionist and a…

I think when people have problems sticking to a routine, its because at times it gets overwhelming on changing eating habits and exercising, To maintaining their normal life schedules. I'm a full time student and understand being busy, I would say start thinking one day at a time, don't think about everything cause thats…

well I was taught by a trainer that has transformed hundreds of people and how to eat and more. Most of the people he has transformed are now competitors in the fitness comps. I think the way he taught me to eat works and shows you how to keep it off. if you want to look him up .. Hitchfit.com

you dont want to eat a lot of avacado's its healthy fat but just because it is a healthy fat doesn't mean you can eat as much as you want and not gain weight. you want to mostly have avacado's in your last meal and about half I would say is the most you should have in one day. I say put it with the last meal is because…

Yarwell. Well if you start say at 7 am with breakfast your last meal should be at 7 pm if you stay up say past 10 after 7pm then should have a protein shake.. but depends on what your eating and your portions size. I had to measure my food out and ate everyday at the same time, and I lost over 40 pounds. if your not eating…

if you eat every 3 hours small portions you will lose weight.. I lost over 40 pounds with my diet and how our bodies works and functions.

btw one pound of fat is one pound of muscle weighs the same.. 1 pound is 1 pound all fat does is take more room up cause its fat. muscle is lean so takes up less space.. it doesn't change the weight of it. FYI
-
Check your food, diet is 70% gym and workouts are 30% .. small portions every 3 hours, for example chicken, brown rice or sweet potatoes, and veggies. egg whites only and regular oatmeal for breakfast. water or green tea only. things like that are a huge huge part of it. your body needs certain things to burn.. think of…

lifting heavy is what you can handle. If you are pushing the weights really easy then you need to step your weights up. Your last 2 to 3 reps should be where you have to push yourself a little that's where you start gaining muscle.
-
it gives you a range and yes not totally accurate, the best way is measuring yourself or have a trainer at the gym figure it out. calipers ... yes that was the tool I was trying to think of. That is a more accurate way of getting your BF.
-
I use that at my gym, its pretty accurate but the best way those manual tools ( dont know what that tool is called lol) . but its a good reference to get an idea where your at.
-
Its not the weight that you really should look at its body fat %. when I started working out a few years ago I was 165 at 35% and I am 5'3 I was obese. when we think of the term obese we probably think you have to be quite larger but I was in the range of being way unhealthy. Cardio such as running on tread mills tone…
