I did t25, its great for cardio.. did a couple of rounds of the 21 day fix, it incorporates cardio and weights.. Its only 1/2 an hour as well.. feel free to add me.

I tried weight watchers on many occasions, signed up for the 3 month membership.. I was not successful.. I have been more successful with mfp and a couple of facebook groups keep me motivated. feel free to add me

Hey Ladies, I have 2 children a 6 year old and 4 year old, gained 80 pounds with both pregnancies. I have recently began losing weight and ready to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight again. feel free to add me and we can do this together.

as Nike says just do it! You cant think about it just get up and exercise. And if you don't have the time for a program try and move around more. I have a jaw bone that I recently got it tracks my steps, since I got it I have been moving so much more.

I do both.. mostly diet, I workout for 1/2 an hour everyday. I am a busy mom of 2, I try to get more exercise in when i can.

you should definitely speak to your doctor.. but my friend with back problems started one of the beachbody programs and her posture and back problems have improved so much. I can find out what programs if you would like

yes love it..You can probably start the workout online through beachbody on demand.. Zoe challenge pack includes shakeology.

I am a former 30 day shred junkie.. I recently started the 21 day fix, Autumn calabrese workouts from Beachbody, love them.. not too much jumping use weights and its 30 minutes.

Inches is great! I recently began a new routine myself and was bummed that the scale is'nt going down.. But I must say that my clothes are so much bigger, I feel lighter and Love the comments that everyone makes about me losing weight.. Enjoy it!

you have to find what is right for you.. I have been struggling for years, finally found a routine that works for me and losing weight is my motivation. Find the time that works best for you, I workout in the morning, I used to leave it to the evening and never ended up going. Once I started in the morning I stuck to it…
