I joined! I just started a couple weeks ago riding. I ride local greenways and rails to trails 3 or 4 times a week. Slowly upping my miles a little at a time, hoping what little bit I am able to do helps!

Age:33 5'4 SW 245 CW 240 GW 145ish I currently walk 5 days a week, going to start 30 Day Shred here in about mid May. Want to do more strength training but have no gym access.
