Reading a book on the train - that's not too bad, I guess.

Woohoo, another Swiss person! :) In fact, you're the first one I met here so far. I'm from the canton of Valais. :) Best of luck to you on your journey of getting rid of those excess pounds, mfp really works. I bet you'll see the results soon!

Bump to read later.

I usually start my day with plain yogurt - the one I buy is 74 calories for 180g and has about 9g of protein, so I easily eat two of them. Tofu is an excellent source of protein and very variable. Quorn is low-calorie as well (but it obviously depends of the way it is prepared). Then, veggies like broccoli and cauliflower…

As few years ago, I wanted to be a translator, mostly because my family always told me that I'd become one. I completely lost interest in that career (while I still enjoy learning languages, just not as a profession) and am now dreaming of becoming a doctor or an author. But I'm a student and pretty mediocre, so I guess…

My native languages are French and German, so those two. I don't want to pretend that I'm completely fluent in English though.

This. I have a rather wide thigh gap because of my built but I am pretty sure that I don't look like a twelve year old. Not everyone has the right shape to have a thigh gap, that's not a thing that can really be influenced. Saying that having one is unhealthy is just mean.

That's either OK Computer by Radiohead or Let it bleed by The Rolling Stones.

Mostly C. Happy, nice people are incredibly annoying.

Cottage Cheese and low fat curd cheese! :) Also a lot of veggies.

I'm enjoying a tomato and cucumber salad :)

Dexter's laboratory! I always identified myself with Deedee because she was tall and blonde. Considered how stupid she was, she probably shouldn't have been my role model, but she wore pink!

Well, I'm proud that my country won three medals, even if it doesn't look like much compared to the massive amount of medals other countries won.

I pretty much always spent my time either reading or drawing and hated every kind of exercise.

About half a year ago, a normal evening meal consisted of (at least) one bag of Zweifel Paprika Chips, a bag of popcorn and a container of kinder chocolate. Which is 1980 calories... and really disgusting.

I never really got this thigh gap-thing because I always had one (a slim one who is way bigger now, but still) and I don't like when people say that it's the ultimate sign of a thin person - because it's not. But I never thought that simply rubbing your tights together would cause such holes in your jeans!! Whoa. o___o I…

My dad.

I love it plain on zwieback or any kind of wholegrain crackers, often with a little fruit besides it.

Apples! Always apples. Then, Cottage cheese and Baybel light :)

People on here won't tell a fat woman that she is fat because they probably aren't the slimmest too, so they don't want to say something about her built because they would insult themselves and their built at the same time. It's easy mocking at people who look like your complete opposite because you can always say 'that…

thirtytwopost - 9, I love your hair color! :)

She surely isn't fat or chubby, but for a model, she definitely is large.

I'm pretty satisfied with my pale complexion and like my skin that way. Sure, some people have compared me to a dead body or a vampire, but those just are jerks. I would never go for a tan, definitely don't want to increase my risk of getting skin cancer. Laying outside in summer is enough to get my skin a little darker…

Of course! :)

There isn't really a difference. Coke zero was only launched because men don't want to buy Diet products. Zero was mostly created for men between 20 and 29, that kind of men who don't want to take the full calorie Coke but would rather drink water or something else than to admit that. The TV ads appeal to this specific…

In the long run, the quote is right. I surely don't always agree with Kate Moss, but she's right with that point. Food is nice, but only makes me happy in a short term.

Like mesquite tofu. Yummy. ^^

Swiss here, that's pretty close I think. ^^
