Ive been watching my sugar intake also. I cant believe the amount of sugar I take in now that I am watching it. Processed food sugar is way worse for you then sugar from lets say, fruit. That is a natural occuring sugar and not a white refined sugar. Stay away from sweets...have the yogurt in moderation and try not to eat…

Feel free to add me but I have to confess, I LOVE JELLY BEANS! lol. My sister bought me a bag of mixed and a bag on black. I ate all but 1/4 of both bags in like 3 days. I had to give the rest away. I can live on jelly beans. It should be a food group. lol

It sounds like you have a digital scale? I hate those. I have a regular one that has the arm for weight....Ive had it for a few years. Yes throw yours in the front yard lol. Glad you figured it out.

1/2 banana frozen blueberries about 1 cup or so honey for extra sweetner stoneyfield low fat vanilla yogurt just 1/2 cup water so it blends easy 1 scoop of whey protein blend and drink. yummy

My daughter has a degree in esthetics (skin) and when I work out, I break out. She told me to get some good old fashioned sea breeze (yellow kind) and use it after working out. It really helped with the breakouts. Drinking water is key also. Alot of times your toxins in your body come through your skin when you sweat…

I just had subway tonight and I get the turkey flat bread without ranch or mayo. Mustard and everything else. Its like 423 calories or close to it. Sooo good.

Start over tomorrow. Use today as your cheat day but dont cheat anymore then you already have. We all splurge but doing more expercise, rewards you with extra calories so do some cardio to make up for some of what you took in. Then you wont feel so bad.

Thank you for the response. Ive learned, if I want that piece of chocolate, I have to work out to get it.....lol. So staying within my calories hasnt been a problem as of yet.
