  • I am in the same boat as you. I don't drink often but when I do even if its just two drinks I feel less motivated to eat clean and to workout. Each person is different and you are the only one that knows yourself. I too want to take a hiatus especially during the holidays so when bikini season comes I will be ready!…
  • I thought the same thing. But because I work out hard and often I know my body needs protein. I don't eat obscene amounts but I am over daily. I wouldn't worry. As long as you are eating lean cuts and incorporating all types of meats in moderation I think protein is how muscle is built. Add me for motivation!!
  • Hello, I am Jessica and I love meeting new friends and love motivating others. I am ready to dedicate more time to this site then other social media because I know what my goals are and I know tracking helps me reach them! Add me!
  • Business Management!
  • Now I understand. It's because you're male. 6ft and 180 seems like a perfect weight for a man. For a women not so much! Hope you're staying on track and gaining more muscle.
  • I am 6 feet too and there is no way that you are too skinny. People just are used to the way you looked before. Don't let others "comments" affect your progress. A healthy weight for someone who is 6 feet is 155! I have no idea how you dream to look but I want to look as fit as possible! Good luck!
