September, 2012... 313 lbs., size 24 (height: 5'8) August, 2013... 254.6 lbs., size 16 and still on my way. Total loss: 58.4 lbs. When I started this process, I was so ashamed of my weight that I lied on my MyFitnessPal profile! I totally regret it because my weight loss hasn't been tracked correctly.
