Week 1 Totals - Minutes - 517 Calories Burned - 2959 30 minutes of strength The rest all cardio Got 10-12 glasses of water in everyday. I put the time in but I don't feel like I burned enough calories. I think my bodybugg is low sometimes but I'm going to push myself even harder next week!!!

Hi I do have a question. Are the Insanity videos considered cardio or strength training?

I have the bodybugg and I haven't had any problems but I heard some people are allergic to nickel and that is what may cause the rash. I also read somewhere they will return it if you have an allergic reaction. Not sure how accurate the info is but it may be worth checking in to.

I think Insanity is more like circuit training, which is in the database. I think the calorie count is more accurate too for the circuit training if your not using a HRM. :happy:
