if you dont like a big breakfast , go gurt im on a low carb low sugar diet. and its one of the only things in a serving and counted low.

thanks ya peanutbutter seems to be my treat =) i eat it with carrots and celery with my lunch. also fruit with a lil bit of cherry yogurt is a fave. i will start to not eat my work out calories then. ill at my w/o at the end of the day. thanks =)

Chocolate ughhg =/ chineese food TACO BELL. im awful recently flameing hot cheetoes is my fave and ice cream ive been doing better on stopping all my craveings . since fruit is my friend and im watching all i eat so i dont lose my job. =/

i would keep it as a treat , but thats just me, mix up your treats and try looking ups some recipies to add to your calorie count. sometimes a shake can help .
