You know i was convinced I was eating everything normally but now you posted that and that I think about it, I really only eat fish and sometimes turkey, so perhaps it is red meat that is missing?

cambridge is basically zero carbs and VLC at 500 per day. They claim the sachets give you all the nutrients you need but obviously now i think that is untrue. Although this site suggests that it could be just a shock to the system, says its only temporary but how long is temporary?…

Thanks think a GP visit is defo on the cards, she didnt exactly approve of the diet though so have been hesitant.

Well as I anticipated I had gained 4lbs, I think i am just going to calories count to 1200 a day, unless anyone has any better suggestions?

Thanks for the replies I agree with what people saying but for me I can’t seem to remember a time when I wasn’t having 3 sachets day I don’t have the baseline to then reduce intake by 20% etc, whatever I do am going to be increasing it? If that makes sense or I need a baseline to work from Long term I will be having…
