I work out at home with tapes, and walk. Unless I swim which is an indoor pool. There are some good exercise books, and I think there are a lot of good work outs on u-tube which are free.:smile:

Great results!! I didn't take measurements, but I am stronger. I did level 1 and just finished day 10. Taking the weekend off, want to do something different, then start back on Shred on Monday, can't decide if I am ready for level 2. I will see.

I did day 6 yesterday. Had to take 1 day off after 5 days. I had injured my hip/lower back about 1 1/2 years ago, could barely walk. So I am doing lower inpact on some of the cardio, like the butt kickers. This is a real butt kicker of a work out!!

I think if you stay with 3-4x a week you will see good results. I sometimes push it to hard and end up not working out for 3 or 4 days in a row. I am trying to lose weight and build muscle. Can't decide on a routine so have been jumping around. Don't know how effective it has been.
