  • Day 4 was AWESOME! I feel alot less crackheadish :glasses: ! The weekend will be interesting with two funerals and a 50th birthday party. The plan is to take something with me that I CAN eat. I know that there is going to be FRIED food all over. Glad to see some are hanging in and that some just remembered:noway: !

  • Not one but TWO happy meals came in front of me today and I did not take one nibble. I have 40 days of no fried foods and today is only the second. I wanted tempted but survived!

  • Hit local farmer's markets on the weekend for your veggies if you can.
  • I tend to eat my meals in reverse! I have lard dinner like meals for breakfast and/or lunch and for dinner I have light breakfast or lunch foods. Kinda makes sense when you are trying to lose the pounds. More time to burn it all off.
  • Alrighty I have a support group :laugh: . You guys do not realize how much a LOVE fried foods :devil: . This is going to be the toughest 40 days of my life. I woke up this morning trying to figure out how to tweak these 40 days. I can do this. You can do this.

  • I did the one pound per week weight loss and each week lost more than that. Right now I am working to maintain and doing the 1/2 pound a week for this. It is more gonna be up to you. Good Luck you can do it.
