  • You should have been called your doctor even if you weren't pregnant. You maybe having an asthma flair up or pneumonia. Call now.
  • You spread your calories out. You don't have to have 6 meals at 250 calories. I eat 3 meals plus snacks. I may have a few calories left over sometimes, but not many. Lunch maybe my biggest meal. After working out, I am not hungry so, I might eat a bowl of Special K cereal and a snack.
  • Also, i am not motivated to workout at home. I teamed up with a friend and we do it together at her house twice a week. We try different dvds or walk outside. You should count all what you do doing the day as part of your exercise.
  • Hi, Hang in there! Maybe you are depressed about being unemployed and living with your parents. This could be adding to your binging. I am a stress eater. As soon as I get upset, I want to grab something sweet to eat. I am not a drinker or a smoker so, I will eat to relax me. Get some healthy snacks in the house. Force…
  • Definitely, I believe in ghost and spirits. Personnally, I have had many experiences with hearing my name called, being touched, seeing shadows etc. My youngest daughter is extremely sensitive. Different spirits come to her often from children to elderly people. They follow her from home to school. When she goes to…
  • Hi your calorie intake seems low to me. I am 5'6 too and started this program at 198lbs and my daily limit was about 1400. What goal have you set? Any exercise? I would not eat less than 1200 calories a day. It is easier to cheat when you are starving, Good Luck
  • Trail mix, I love it. I try to eat just one serving, but sometimes I cannot stop. I love nuts and sesame sticks. Usually, I am under my calories, but sometimes the carbs is over. :-(
  • Hi Also, I am wondering if you are gaining muscle. Are your clothes fitting less snug? My friend that is helping me is at that maintenace lel Se wanted to lose about 3- lbs more to give her some leeway to gain and still be at her preferred weight. She has not been able to lose anymore even with intense exercise.
  • Don't beat yourself up. This makes you more depress and then you will eat more. Just take one day at a time. Start again tomorrow. I try to eat foods that are already in portions and I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch. I may switch between two different breakfasts and two different lunches. On Sundays, I try to…

  • Great Job, but just maintain now. You want to have something for your hubby to snuggle with. How tall are you?
  • Have a small slice. Its better to indulge than to go overboard on it. Take a walk to give yourself some extra calories.
  • Hi I love Zumba too, but how are you calculating the calories for Zumba? Are you using dance aerobic dancing? I don't want to shortchange myself.
  • I try not to look at food as bad as long as I limit my amount. For example, I love cheetos so, I eat the snack size cheetos. If I want M&Ms, I eat a snack size. I know that I may have to do a little more exercise on a particular day to eat the goodies that I like.
  • I would say be true to yourself. Do not beat yourself up about "I should have". My marriage failed, but I did not fail. I have my daughter, who is a blessing to me. I did get something positive out of my marriage. I know its hard, but do take time for yourself. It can be just a relaxing bath or listening to music. Best of…

  • I gained mine after separating from my exhusband. Left with a two children, both parents seriously ill, and working full time. Food was comfort. I went on Zoloft for depression and I think that contributed alot to the weight gain. I am an emotional stress eater. I love sweets too.
  • Hi, Don't beat yourself up. We are all struggling! I have good and bad days. I am a stress eater so, when I am having a rough day at work or home nothing satisfy me but chocolate or other types of snack foods. You just forget the day and start all over again the next day. Remember it to some time to gain the weight so, it…
  • Wow, I have been wondering if coffee is affecting my weight. I was never a coffee drinker. I started about 1 1/2 ago because I am always so tired. I drink 16 oz a day in the morning. I may stop and see what happens. I know that I have gained weight in that time period. Also, I have joint pain in my hands and some other…
  • Hi, I take the Effexor 150mg too. I tried going off, but the symptoms were just too much for me to function. I hate having to depend on meds, but I work and have a family and I can't be crying all the time. I know some people have lossed weight on this med, but my weight just seems to stay. I started off with Zoloft and…
