I prefer ebooks in general, because I can always easily have my book(s) with me. I also like that they don't take up space. We have a lot of paper books too, and I find that finding a neat way to store them, dust them, etc. can feel like a burden. The exception to ebooks are my knitting books. Those just work better in…

Yes! I'm just back "on the wagon" too, but I notice that I lose more consistently when I eat my BMR. I think 1200 calories a day plus exercise is way too few.

Do something with your hands. If I'm watching television and doing nothing else, then I really want to snack. I knit in the evenings instead, and that keeps me occupied so that I don't think so much about eating.
