I use this site all the time as well, but have never paid for a membership. I actually didn't know there was a payment option. I look for the reviews and any recipe that has 1000 people loving it, I make. There's a recipe for breaded pork chops that is incredible - 9000 calories, but incredible.

I usually weigh my food after it's cooked. A six ounce steak will reduce in size once it's been cooked. Hey I only get to eat 1200 calories so I'm looking to get every calorie I can. I don't think fish or chicken reduce as much as red meat does.

I gained 50 with my first and 60 with the second. It takes a very, very long time to take it off. I recommend swimming - that's a great low impact way to burn some calories. I always try to stay way under and not eat the calories. My reason is because what if I'm off in the actual calorie count of the food I eat, 10, 40, 100 calories for a certain food. Especially if I'm guessing the food I ate was 4 oz, when it really may have been 5 oz. I hope that made sense.

It took three weeks, but I slowly reduced the sugar in my coffee. I started off with 2 TABLESPOONS of sugar every day, and now I'm down to 1/2 a teaspoon. It was fairly painful at first but I'm so happy to reduce the sugar. My opinion is do it slowly and reduce your dependancy on sugar of any kind. *just my opinion*

I agree with @abkeeling. You need a HRM. I had to save up for mine. It was well worth it. Skinny girls next to me were burning 800 - 1000 calories or more so I assumed I was too. I was even working harder than them. For whatever reason I was only burning 400 to 600 calories at the most. I was eating some of calories burned…
