I have a NutriBullet and use it at least 6xweek for everything from spinach to flax to almonds... everything. It's amazing. Just DON'T fill the liquid past the max line or it will leak! Other than that, I've had no problems and it's the most used appliance in my kitchen :drinker:

My biggest meal is always dinner and I eat anywhere from 6pm-9:30pm, depending on when I get home and whether I'm doing cardio or weights that night

Well, I took in 1,100 calories today… in NOTHING but fresh (non-processed) fruits and vegetables. I've never understood the whole "free" foods thing. They have calories and affect your macros…

Absolutely, if only to be more aware of what you're putting into your body, especially when you're first starting out. I had NO idea how calorie-dense alcohol was. But I plan for it in my calorie allowance. Tonight, I'm going out for dirty vodka martinis, so I'm making sure I leave room with a lighter lunch and a filling…

I hired a trainer for 3 sessions to show me how to lift properly, learn how to pay attention to my body so I know when to up the weight, proper form, etc. FORM IS EVERYTHING!

I have to start on the left side of my plate and finish each thing before I move on to something else, and I ONLY eat clockwise and I won't eat anything that's touched something else. Ever since I was little! The only time I don't is on Thanksgiving when I mix everything together on my plate.

I take my engagement ring off when I'm working out because my hands sweat and they swell so it's uncomfortable. My fiance doesn't care even a little bit because he knows why I take it off and he knows that I can't wait to put it back on :heart:

It can be more expensive to eat the healthier foods…but for me, I'm not eating at restaurants and fast food places NEARLY as often, so I actually end up saving money. And stay in the seasonal produce section; produce tends to be a lot cheaper if you stay in season.
