My husbands Father had type 2 diabetes, all his Mothers brothers died from heart attack. At 40 he developed type 2 and at 53 he had a heart attack. I believe we could have kept him from developing diabetes so early and probably prevented his heart attack if we would have eaten right. I don’t buy anything without reading…
