Avocado's are great. Since you don't do much meat, you could look up some other recipes to fit your requirements. I tend to take 1/2 an avocado, mix in kraft lite mayo with olive oil and peppercorns with about 2 ounces of chicken and some craisons for a lunch.

I deleted twitter, facebook and foursquare some months ago. No regrets. LinkedIn is more for business networking and I'm onboard with that. What I don't like is so many programs and apps that want you to have facebook.

I concur, good hard exercise and I also like to immerse myself into one of my hobbies to distract myself when it does get stressful.

Only when I was taking Glipizide. That could cause lows. Metformin is not supposed to cause lows like that. Did you eat prior to working out? You may have been low to start perhaps.

Look at the scale as just one of the tools in your arsenal to track and maintain your weight and good health. We go out to eat at least once a week. We do avoid any fast food places totally. We go to smaller mom and pop restaurants that serve everything from burgers to breakfast anytime, home made soups and salads. I'm fortunate to work from home. I typically take care of the cleaning between tasks for work, doing laundry and most of the cooking including the prep work. I love to make great healthy meals for us.
