I love subway, but i live out in the country, and there isnt one close to me. It just so happens that there is every other fast food chain on my way to work except a subway.. go figure.

I had been eating Multigrain cheerios and skimmilk. Think i will stick with that. I have been searching for breakfast idea's that won't kill my cal intake, and taste good at the same time.. Have any idea's?

I had been looking at them for the past year or so, and i am really thinking about dropping money on one. Those results are great, The 30 min workout is perfect for me because of schedule. Think you sold me on it. Thanks for the input.

To put it simply, your 1200 calorie intake is based off a number they give you to reach a certain goal by a certain time. The way i do it is if i have a 1400 daily calorie intake, and i exercise 600 daily then i am going to split the difference and eat 1700 daily calories maximum.
