Has anyone used a bowflex?
I am 209 at the moment, and i am using MFP to watch my cal intake. I also started jump roping for 20 min, then punching bag for 15. I heard this is great for cardio. My goal is to get down to 180lbs, and split my daily workout between cardio and streagth. Has anyone had any luck with the bowflex system? Your feedback is…
