You could be lacking potassium, sodium, calcium, chloride, or phosphates in your blood. Which one you'll never know. Eat a banana, drink more water, add some calcium to your diet. One of these is usually the culprit… Hope this helps!

It depends on the person really.. I am a very competitive person. So I compete with myself to do better then the day before. Sometimes it works... other times not so much. But over all it's FANTASTIC!
