Yeah! I finally kept to my plan and made my goals from yesterday. This is day 2 completely on low carb. My goals today: Meet my protein goal 94g., less than 22 carbs, Fat goal: 85-100g. I'm upset with myself. I am sick and for some reason this makes me crave and allow myself foods I never eat. Goals for today: Steps= 10000 Food: Back on track No grains, no added sugar Macros- 94g protein, 80 grams fat, 24 g. Carbs Rest.

Home sick today. No voice and feeling run over. I usually teach through illness, but with no voice, can't do it. Goals today: Eat well (1200 calories because of no activity) Sleep If not sleepy, enter grades into electronic grade book.

New day! Same goals. I am fighting a cold and very sore throat. This is usually a downfall because I want to eat ice cream when my throat is sore. I will resist!!! Log every bite and swallow. Met all l goals except 10000 steps a day. I was close yesterday, and today got 1000 more 9300. Getting closer.

Had a restful day. Walked for exercise. Ate well and logged all my meals. Drank plenty of water today.

My goals for the next 100 days: 1. Stay low carb amd track on MFP daily 2. Not let work get in the way of a healthy life style 3. Strength training 3x per week. 4. Minimum of 10000 steps a day 5. Lose 15 lbs. I missed this yesterday, but today I took a long walk and stayed low carb. No grains or added sugar.

I'm almost 50. July 11. I am perimenipasal. No problems with that. I started my lchf journey in June of 2014. I have lost 40 lbs. I have maintained between 178-183 since February. I am a teacher so now that I am not working full time my focus is back on starting weight loss again. My goal is 30 more pounds gone. What works…

The first few weeks, I was hungry! I stuck with my macros and didn't worry about calories. I ate a lot. Now I have the opposite problem. I have to pay attention to calories to make sure I'm eating enough. Never hungry.
