don't worry you did it once you can do it again. and just remember counting your calories is a good tool whether you're pregnant or not. you would be surprised how little additional calories you need to consume daily once you are pregnant. I think a female with a diet of 1800 calories a day only needs 400-600 additional…

congratulations, I am so happy for you.

lol...they don't call them beer bellies for nothing, but seriously 1 lb gain, no sweat.

I agree, the closer you get to your goal weight the harder it is. For future reference, don't ever stop counting your calories, even after you've reached your goal. It's very easy to gain your weight back if you don't work at it everyday & count your calories.

have you tried using the magic bullet instead of a blender?

Log, Log, Log and you will Lose, Lose, Lose. I have been successful ever since I started to log my food. Once I met my goal a couple years ago, I stopped logging, gained it all back. So I am here again, and now know once I reach my goal to keep logging. Logging is a reality check on how much you are truly eating. Best of…

Hi Lesli- I have been a runner for many years now and I have to say that yes it is completely normal to not get into your groove right away. It usually takes me about 10 minutes to get warmed up and comfortable and that seems to be in line with you and your second mile. Eventually you will warm up faster, but from my…

Hey Gemfrire and Caliecat- This is it for us, but not the end of our weight loss. Wow everyone has done so great. Goals are so important, and we all came pretty dang close. I weighed in at 119. Just 4 lbs. shy of my original goal, with a weight loss grand total of 19 lbs., one more lb and I will be able to say I have lost…

hey guys, well i was up .4 this weekend. I blame most of it on the fact that I had two heavy meals on Friday before weigh-in. I was starving on Friday and ended up getting 5 rolled tacos, because I was desperate to eat anything. that was a really bad choice. Then at dinner I had teriyaki chicken bowl, b/c i promised my…

Are you logging all your food? or is it that you keep choosing the foods that are preventing you from reaching your goals?
-
I should be posting soon, just got back from the gym. Congrats Caliecat.

I gained my weight back by not counting my calories. I was totally confident, going i got this, I'm a pro now, oh no, I was way wrong. I now have a plan b, for when I reach my final goal.

Mmmm...I love Italian. I gotta talk my boyfriend into taking me out for Italian. You are doing so great Gemfrire, you're right, it's all about the choices we make. I am hell bent on not gaining my weight back. I'm loving the way I look and don't want to go back to the old me (the human yo yo). Well seems like your weekends…

Hey guys- What week are we on again? I forget, but there's 13 more days, wow! Time has flown. Today I had a loss of .6lbs. I am happy with it. If I get tough, I could lose another 3 pounds I think. That would be awesome, but I plan on keeping it at another 2. That would put me at 3-8 lbs away from my original goal. I'm not…

I feel your pain. I used to live in the barracks while I was in the Navy and it was very difficult. I used buy the Uncle Ben's microwavable brown rice, lots of fruit, oatmeal, soups, sometimes I would barbecue my own chicken on the grills outside if they were working. I also understand the chow hall situation, there's…
