should i record my cough drops?
My cough drops have 30 calories for 5 cough drops. I have a sore throat and cough and will probably have about 25 cough drops while I am at work for the next 9 hours, so about 150 calories worth of cough drops today. Should I record it???

Should you cut calories if sleep in late
I was wondering if I should reduce my calories since I slept in late this morning. My mornings already gone. Normally my 1200 calories last from 6 am to 10 pm, but it's already 11 am here and I am just about t eat my first meal.
