should i record my cough drops?

My cough drops have 30 calories for 5 cough drops. I have a sore throat and cough and will probably have about 25 cough drops while I am at work for the next 9 hours, so about 150 calories worth of cough drops today. Should I record it???

    Yeah, I'd say record it. Just make sure you're not taking more than the recommended dosage.

    yeah i have to agree, they're pretty much menthol candies. i didn't see a recommended dosage on the bag either, so I guess I'm in the clear, thank goodness too, b/c I don't think I could function very long without these bad boys.

    I record anything that has calories. Sometimes I just bunch them in a quick calories entry then make notes in the food diary.
